Earning through Points2Shop

Hello friends, I hope all of you have been doing good and earning some money online through the tips that I have shared with you in my past posts!!
If you still haven’t started then you are not too late!! Today I will be sharing with you another site that I actually came to know about through one of the users who left a comment on my earlier posts. This site is called points2shop.com!!
The working of the site is fairly simple. They give you variety of options to try and earn points. You can do it by filling out surveys, doing small and simple tasks, playing games or by just watching small videos. Other ways include downloading some software to be installed on your computer but personally I don’t like those type of method as you never know what form of software you are downloading. But besides that, other methods of earning points aren’t too difficult or time consuming. The following snapshot details the various options you have for earning points:


The really wonderful thing that I like about this site is that they even mention the usual success rate of getting points from surveys and tasks so you can avoid tasks that are lengthy and have a low success rate. Their tie up with Amazon offers you access to thousands of items which you can get by the points. Following is the category of items they have as rewards:


When you sign up at this site, you immediately gain 250 points and what’s more, there are stuff that you might need that are available for so low points too. The first thing that I ordered from this site was something that I needed real urgently and was available on this site for just 181 points- an earphone for my iPhone!!!

Making Money Through Sharing Files-Part 2

In my last post I discussed how to open an account on a file sharing website and what are the different earning options available for you. In case you missed the Part 1 of the post then you can go back and read it by clicking here.

In this post, I will be discussing what are the different things that you can share with your friends, family and internet. This will be very helpful for people who are not artists or who do not regularly share files such as their music album, art work, presentations etc.

If you are such a person then what should you do?
How many times have you seen a real cute, funny or amusing video. Many a times they will pop-up on your social networking feed such as Facebook and Google+ etc. Not only are we interested in watching these videos and we like them a lot but we as humans do like to share everything. Many of these videos are not copyrighted content and something that can easily be shared with others after you have downloaded them. Take for example this real cute video of two girls singing and dancing to the tune of Nicki Minaj’s Super Bass:

I totally loved the video so I decided to share it on my facebook page and within hours it had several likes so I decided why not use the joy of sharing and also make money out of it. I downloaded the video on my computer and shared the link for the video file with my friends after uploading it to my account on FilesFlash. By the end of the day almost all of my friends had downloaded the video from across the globe and made me earn several dollars!! This is just a simple way of showing how you can use an everyday task on a file sharing website and use to earn money. You Tube videos remain one of my favorite things to share. You can download You Tube through various software that are available in the market. I myself use a very simple, easy-to-use and most importantly FREE software to download You Tube videos which is called aTube Share. You can download it for free from here.

Making money through sharing files

For the first post I will be discussing with you how to make money my just sharing files. Using this I have been able to generate quite a fair income with minimal effort and average around $5 everyday and only going up as the popularity grows.

Before you begin, there are many things that will in your mind regarding how you can go on sharing files to earn money.  The very first thing for readers from Asia will be how can I tackle the issues of:

Slow network
Lacking files to share etc.

I will tackle each of these issues with you but first you have to determine where exactly to start sharing from. Before that let me tell you some advantages:

- No capital required

- You can go about your daily business while the file uploads in the background

- Easier payouts compared to clicking on links

Based on these advantages, I have found it to be the easiest way of earning money so far.There are multiple file sharing sites that pay you to share files such as uploading.com, wupload.com, hotfile.com. After browsing through all these sites I decided to narrow upon a site called FilesFlash.

To begin with, you need to open an account first on this site. I will walk you through the entire process:

a) Open filesflash.com  by clicking on website name.

b) Just supply your e-mail address and set up a password and then login after clicking on the confirmation mail that you will receive.

c) Now go to the ‘My Account’ tab at the top of the screen and once you click on it, your screen will look something like this:

 

How Will You Make Money?

As you can see, you now have the option to chose your earnings mode. The earnings will be based on the following paying scheme of FilesFlash:

There are three earnings mode available and I will describe what should you chose based on the files that you will be sharing:

a) Per Sale: This allows you to earn from every time that a user clicks on the link of your file and decides to buy a premium account on the site. You will be paid based on the rates mentioned above. Remember that premium users can download files which are greater than 400 MB in size. So if you are not uploading any files that are of big size or that interests your audience then don’t pick this option. This option lets you earn big but with intermittent income.

b) Per Download: This allows you to earn from every download but earnings will be around 55% of the sale price. This is recommended for the users who will be uploading many small sized files. For adequate traffic on your site, you can easily earn up to $3 every day. This allows for a constant stream of income for you.

c) 50% of both: In this mode, you earn half of Per Sale and Per Download. Recommended for those who are going  to upload a mix of big and small files. But remember your regular earnings will be halved. Do chose this mode if you are confident on getting premium sales from your shares.

That’s it, you are all set to share your files and begin earning money!!
